I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I brought my dog in for care, and the Assisstant treated her very badly. It was obvious they had no idea how to properly handle or comfort animals. The whole visit felt rushed and careless. I would never trust them with my pet again. If you love your animal, go somewhere else.

I would like to genuinely thank Dr Ahmed for saving my kitten's life. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital for any emergency. I attended to the hospital at 4 am with my kitten suddenly poisoned, almost in a coma state with her eyes and body irresponsive to any stimuli only to get her after 4 hours with a full conscious kitten after all Dr ahmed's efforts to save her the probability of her living was almost 0. I really wonder about people in the reviews talking about prices, I didn't see anything but an awesome, humane and full professional service to my kitty even though I didn't pay all the amount at once due to the emergency state I was in, as well as a huge discount for my kitty during the follow up and dosages.. Thanks Dr Ahmed and his team for SAVING and treating my kitty with all of this kindness, humanity and above all professionalism! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The best thing about the clinic is the doctors there. They’re very kind, patient, and professional. Could have deserved a five-star rate only if the prices were a bit low, but my overall experience was good. Definitely recommended.

Please don't say it's a 24 hr service if you don't provide a 24 hr service. My experience was really bad from the one receiving phone calls. I called him at 08:40 to ask about an emergency appointment, because cat had brown discharges and was really sick. He told me someone will let you in and the doctor will arrive in 15 mins. I waited for 20 mins in the street and called him again, he was so defensive and rude telling me انا اتصلت وحضرتك مردتيش واحنا عيادة خاصة مش حكومي وانا مقصرتش معاكم I don't know why he used such tone, he did really called once but I didn't hear it, and he didn't call again for a follow up or something. He made me wait in the street for 20 mins with my sick cat. I don't know why was he being rude, all I wanted was to treat my sick cat.

I went to the clinic with a very critical situation to my dog "Loki" where he was about to loose his life. Dr. Ahmed handled the case carefully & operated for 4 hours in attempt to save his life. Thank God all went well, total recovery took 2 month & now he's back to normal. I admired the way loki was treated with love and care, the cleanliness of the place & most of all the dedication & professionalism I faced by the whole team headed by Dr. Ahmed.
