Zero stars Very Bad Experience at Alfa Laboratories - معامل ألفا Yesterday I went to Alfa Lab Smouha branch to get some tests done for my baby, and honestly, it was such a horrible experience! The doctor had asked for 3 tests, so I went to the “lab doctor” there and she told me she could take samples from newborns but that it might take some time. What happened after that was just terrible. My poor baby got poked and pricked over and over until both his arms turned blue! And she kept insisting it was my fault.. saying things like “you didn’t breastfeed him he’s hungry” or “you don’t know how to hold him properly.” Then she said she couldn’t collect samples for two of the tests because the baby was too irritated, and that she’d only do one. Later they called me saying the sample got ruined, come get your money back! The funny (and annoying) part is that I went to the lab right next to them, and the doctor there took the samples in 3 minutes.. it was just a tiny heel prick, nothing complicated! So basically, they don’t know how to withdraw a blood sample, don’t know what test they’re doing, and have zero idea how to handle their clients! Worst experience ever — I’m never going b
