A very hospitable and warm establishment.we were very pleased. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also perfect. You can choose it with peace of mind. Many thanks to Abdurrahman and the lady whose name I forgot.

To be honest, I’ve never rated a hotel or written a review before, but this hotel truly deserves it. Everything was perfect from start to finish honestly, I couldn’t find a single fault. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well organized, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional, welcoming, and made me feel at home. A special mention to the girl at the reception , she was kind, and incredibly friendly, which made the stay even better. This place is genuinely flawless, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay Walid from Algeria , viva L’usma🖤❤️

Very good hotel, situated in a nice place close to shops and close to el tahrir square. The staff are very kind, I forgot my phone at a shop not so far from the hotel and that time the shops closed at 11pm, the guy working that night went with my husband to look for it and didn't came back until they had my phone i don't know what we could've done if he didn't help us so am very thankful for him, the hotel really met our expectations and the staff made it even a better experience. In addition to that the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is delicious, also the hotel is on the second floor and has a lift which is very helpful if you have big luggage and we slept very well even tho it's next to the street but it's sound proof.

Best stay I had(out of three) in Cairo. Super nice stuff. Very nice rooms and especially for the price a great value for money. I would strongly recommend to anyone who visits Cairo this hotel.
