I had a very disappointing experience at Avenue Café in Beverly Hills. The staff were unnecessarily rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. What stood out the most was how inconsistent and illogical their rules were — they seemed to enforce policies that didn’t make sense and couldn’t clearly explain them when questioned. Instead of trying to assist or resolve the situation, the team came across as dismissive and unwilling to listen. Even more concerning was the attitude of the attending supervisor, who should have de-escalated the situation but instead reinforced the same unprofessional behavior. It honestly felt like there was a complete lack of basic customer service training. Respectful communication, clarity, and problem-solving were all missing. The way customers are treated here is not just poor service — it’s disrespectful and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend management reviews how their staff and supervisors interact with customers, because this experience reflects very poorly on the establishment.

The place is nice plus the environment is quite good some of the hostess are nice and some are not the tables and sofas needs some cleaning.

Great food that is delicious and in good portions! My friend tried the burger in a toasted bun/pie and it was so yummy! I tried the chicken scalopinni and it was also very good. The staff were very friendly and acoustics our requests to change the table because the AC was bit weak on our side. Highly recommended!
