If there is no Stars Option I will give it to this place, I’m sure the owner doesn’t know about this failure management, yesterday 7/25 I was there around 8pm with my wife and son and no customers was there at that moment, we ordered our food around 8:10pm, up until 8:55pm the food was not ready, I got a stomach angry and I just told the server why the food is late and he told me will be ready in 5 minutes <<my order was Barbecue >> at 9:05pm I decided to leave the place without eating, the server informed the manager about the situation, he even didn’t come to explain anything, and I was disappointed but was leaving normal until I noticed on my way out a guest was arrived 20 minutes after me and they are eating the same order I have. Then I went back to the manager and I called him a nonprofessional and you don’t respect your guest to leave me 1 hr without and you serve another table that came after me, I end up paying 150 LE for 2 soups and leaving. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking for professionalism with how to treat your customer.

It used to be better. - Food was served late and cold. - Some orders were not prepared as they should. When they asked about the food, they didn't take criticism. - The music was on loop for God knows how long. -The waiters served the plates from one end of the table and expected the guests to pass the plates. - The AC was for display only. The weather was terrible on the inside. - Did I mention that the music was annoyingly on loop?

Not so wow, it was ok, Mansaf I give it a 6/10. Their Saudi Kabsa I give it a 4/10. Very expensive..

Food is not bad but not wow, overpriced somehow, portions are good but taste is not that exceptional to pay that amount of money i ended paying, service is slow, water bottles prices are like 150% original price, juices is like the same also, salads are not fresh

The staff is warm and attentive, and they clearly focus on details. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the decor is decent. However, the food was disappointing—the meat was tough, and although the spices were flavorful, the overall quality didn’t meet expectations. I would only recommend the Kawar3 soup. On a positive note, the manager is very proactive in seeking client feedback to improve the quality and service.
