Esraa is a lovely woman with a lot of enthusiasm and passion. I am very grateful because she opened the shop for me on a Holy day. The service is good and the prices are well below European standards (even if surely higher than for a local). I was charged around 30€ for manicure and pedicure with gel and natural color. The place is small and not luxurious, but functional. Hygiene standards and sterilization of tools very different from Europe. I highly recommend this place (especially since there are not many in town) and I am happy I could contribute to empower a lovely Egyptian woman.

My friend and I visited for some treatments. She had a hair wash and cut which was very nice. I had my nails done with gel, which also came out very nice. We both had threading done which was excellent. Very lovely lady with a nice family as well. Would recommend :)

It was the worst experience I’ve had in a hair salon in Egypt. Absolutely disrespectful service from the owner herself. She harshly washes the hair so carelessly. She was inconsiderate while dying my sisters hair which left her hair with burned pieces and the color was not what she asked for She treated us as if we didn’t pay for the service we were getting. Definitely go to Adel Al masry which is right across the street for better service and great work to be done.
