Sherien saad is highly recommended as a hairstylist specialized in hair dye, traetments, extrnsions, hair cuts. She knows & treats every case differently while providing a welcoming&fun atmosphere. She really saved my hair that i thought was ruined with no way to salvage. She is truly a trustworthy, professional artist ❤️

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and unfortunately would not recommend it based on their lack of transparency with pricing. Before booking my hair Botox treatment, I called the salon and was told the price would be 5,000 EGP. However, when it was time to pay, I was asked to pay 6,500 EGP, which was a completely different price from what I had been quoted over the phone. I also had a root touch-up done. I was charged 3,500 EGP for this, and when I questioned the price, I was told that because I had also done the Botox treatment, they had used the leftover root colour to cover more of my hair. This was something I had not asked for and was not informed about beforehand, yet I was charged for it. I asked to see a price list, but they did not have one available. I also felt uncomfortable because I was being pushed to pay in cash even though they have a card machine. As someone new to the country and who does not speak Arabic, this experience made me feel that the pricing was not handled fairly or transparently. My advice to anyone visiting is to confirm the exact total price for every service before starting and ask what is included, as prices may change or addit

I absolutely love doing my hair at Elle Salon, especially with Maro! He is incredibly talented, professional, and truly knows what suits you. I always leave loving my hair and feeling so happy with the results. also really appreciate the manager Ghayes he is very friendly, professional, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly without keeping me waiting. The service at Elle Salon is also amazing everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Definitely one of my favorite places for my hair!

I’m their customer since they opened their first branch till now, Taher, Hassan and Sherine, they r the best . I do my hair with Sherine, she is perfect in everything 😍 hair styling, hair dying and treatments. She knows how to take care of her customers and take care of my hair perfectly 🥰🥰 she never fails to satisfy me.. actually now me and all of my friends are her customers ❤️❤️❤️
