What an incredible dining experience at Mayrig! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely outstanding—beautifully presented, full of authentic flavors, and prepared to perfection. Every dish was delicious and reflected the passion, creativity, and talent of Chef Tawfiq, whose culinary expertise made this meal truly unforgettable. A special thank you to our wonderful waiters, Ahmed Nasser and Mina, for their exceptional service. They were attentive, professional, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout the evening. Their hospitality and attention to detail added so much to the overall experience. We would also like to recognize Walid at the bar for his excellent service and fantastic drinks. His recommendations were perfect and complemented the evening beautifully. The shisha was equally impressive—smooth, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and among the best we’ve enjoyed. It was the perfect way to relax and complete an already amazing dining experience. Mayrig excels in every aspect: outstanding food, exceptional service, wonderful drinks, excellent shisha, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for an u

We stayed here as a couple for a short getaway (June 11 - 14), and it truly made our trip to Cairo unforgettable. From the warm welcome on arrival to the last day, we felt genuinely cared for. Everything was outstanding - our room was beautiful and spotless, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city while still feeling relaxed. What made the biggest difference, though, was the incredibly kind and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. This hotel exceeded all our expectations and gave us such wonderful memories. We would come back in a heartbeat - a true 5-star experience!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza West Arkan several times and for extended periods. Honestly, I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The facilities are clean and the food is excellent, but more importantly the service is outstanding. There are several people who deserve this praise but for the moment I will just recognise that Gaber in the lounge does an outstanding job. He is very friendly, attentive and a pleasure to meet there whenever we go.
