A Record, only 13 minutes .. Very professional, very helpful. They facilitated everything. They have machine for card payment, they have a QR code to send your photos if you forgot it (like I did). Thanks for you all 😊

This was my 3rd time coming here. This time I took an Uber, the easiest by far. The office is up 2 flights of stairs, and opens promptly at 9:30, maybe wait a half hour for the rush to slow. The staff and the service are very good. You need the following documents 2 passport photos, current passport, residence visa, Egyptian driver's license. You don't need any copies, they make what is needed there. Fill out the form, pay 800LE, few minutes later, International Driving Permit. If you need a driving permit and have the proper documents, it is very easy. Don't waste your time and money with Internet permits. They are all fake.
