Very expensive and hidden costs, bad service and all they want is more money. They over charge without telling the patient.

Front desk refused to forward our message to dr zuhdy. While we tried to explain our situation that we are traveling in an emergency and we have special need with us. One of them he said we will close the clinic at the time the doctor finish the last case. We called and dr Kareem secretary confirm that we have come at 9 to 11 pm. So disappointed and front desk wasn’t professional. Won’t come again.

I had a very positive experience at One Health. The staff is professional and attentive, taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and I appreciated their holistic approach to healthcare. Appointments were mostly on time, though there was a slight wait at reception. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place for medical consultations and preventive care. I would definitely recommend it

Place looks good from outside but when you are sick you must not come here because it will get worse! Worst so called doctor ever, Did a filling, lasted 10 days!!!! Had to visit him, said do some mouthwash while it was already started to fall (probably fake materials) 3rd visit did a temporary filling which lasted a coupl of hours and i had t pay 2500 for this crap and now I have pain thanks to him. Worst dentist if he really was graduated from any!! TILL NOW NO REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED ‼️ I have already raised a complaint last Tuesday and i am waiting for a refund for the terrible service that till this moment i my teeth does pain. Your call center apparently does not have access to check the status which is another failure, to make this experience positive i do not think even doubling my refund would do so. Update : said no refund i have to go to the doctor! A group of scammers not doctors! SCAM CENTER

I had an excellent experience at OneHealth Clinic while my son was taking his extra vacation shot from Vacsera. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care throughout the entire process. Scheduling was smooth and reliable, and the service was impressively fast. What truly stood out was the thoughtful attention to detail—the doctor took a moment to warm her hands before administering the shot, a small but incredibly kind gesture, especially in the cold weather. It’s rare to find such genuine care in medical settings, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend OneHealth Clinic for their outstanding service and dedication to patient care!
