My experience at tagamoa to warn everyone🤬🤬🤬🤬 I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt this experience should be shared. I visited this place for a lip coloring appointment. The place itself is beautiful, cozy, and has a very elegant atmosphere, so my first impression was great. Unfortunately, the service was the complete opposite. The receptionist was very rude, and while speaking to her, her breath smelled strongly of cigarettes. That’s simply unacceptable in a beauty clinic where clients expect a clean and pleasant environment. There was also no organization at all. Everything felt chaotic. When I asked about the best color for my lips and why a certain shade should be used first since my lips are naturally darker, no one took the time to explain. Instead of receiving a professional consultation, I felt like they were repeating memorized answers without actually understanding or caring about my concerns. It honestly seemed like the only goal was to get me into the room and finish as quickly as possible. All of my friends highly recommended this place, which is why I booked my appointment. I had a wonderful experience at this branch. The team was very welcoming, respectful, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. I did my microblading there, and the specialist was extremely precise and clearly experienced. I had a great experience at this branch! The whole team was very welcoming, respectful, and professional—from the reception to the staff inside. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The person who did my hair treatment was very skilled and clearly knew what she was doing, and the results turned out amazing.
