Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Mr Mohamed Ahmed on the call center and Mr Diaa the representative who takes the sample both are really professional, punctual and supportive.

Worst lab, so unprofessional The dr put the needle in both of my hands it was really really painful and finally took like two drops of blood, and the results came out wrong!!!! I sent it to my dr he said that the numbers are totally wrong

Most unprofessional Lab ever. Especially their representative Dr Omar took less blood than needed and then advised me that they can’t complete the tests because they need additional blood! After the stopped taking my calls and avoiding me. Will open a case at Head office.
