Recommend this clinic for its quick and personal service. I’m from Australia and studying in Egypt with my young child. My son and I had a good experience here. He is 10 and it was his first ever blood test and he was so nervous but Mischka had a gentle touch. The Lab Director Dr Abanoub Ate was very courteous. He called to welcome me to the clinic. And both the technician and director spoke English. The results were ready the next day and Dr Ate actually talked me through the results which was hugely appreciated. The lab is also reasonably priced. But They only accept cash or instapay which is very standard in Egypt but not ideal if you are using an international card which is often restricted by withdrawal limits. The lab itself is very clean, we went straight in without waiting, and the location is convenient next to Seraj Technology Mall and I in Nasr City. I would return here if additional lab tests are required. One minor point of critique though is the data entry. Some of the details on our patient forms for the results were incorrectly entered. However I accept that could have been a miscommunication. And I did have to call in to thr clinic for my results, they weren’t just
