We visited this lab based on recommendations from the American community, and it truly lived up to the praise. The staff were professional, kind, and efficient—the technician was so skilled that even my daughter didn’t feel the needle. All the required blood tests were done smoothly, the bill was printed on the spot, and the cost (about $32) was reasonable. Results were emailed the next day. Safe, reliable, and highly recommended—I gladly give them five stars!

Morning, afternoon or evening, I would like to share my feedback to whom are interested in visiting the mentioned lab, Service wasn't available on time, as agreed 3 working days in advance, we would be getting a business medical check between 11:00 to 12:00 sharp confirming the location of the lab, and the requirements documents,etc I arrived at the lab at 9:30, at first provided my national id to the representative in reception, which he confirmed my corporate reservation for today, after checking in, the receptionist asked to keep my national id with him till the time of checkup with the excuse that we are in a respectful area and no one will be demanding it, I respectfully rejected the request and commented asking them to demand it within our agreement period, also allowed the agent to be taking the required information but leave the documents physically with me, Arrived at 10:55 as agreed they started providing applications and advised with the required info with limited pens which have caused an incredible wait time, After completing the checks by 11:59 we found out a doctor was missing which he has later arrived after the end date of the checkup time frame which has resulted

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is beyond unprofessional—completely disorganized, with staff who seem to have no clue what they’re doing. Customer service? Non-existent. The employees are rude, dismissive, and act like they’re doing you a favor by simply acknowledging you. I had to wait an absurd amount of time for something that should’ve taken minutes, and when I finally got assistance, it was handled so poorly that I regretted not going elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a place that actually cares.
