لو فى اقل من نجمة هديها التعامل مع شباك خدمة العملاء من اوسخ مايمكن زعيق وامارة وادارة شباك واحد لاعداد رهيبة اجى من ٧ الصبح وافضل قاعدة لواحدة الضهر وتقولى الاستلام تانى يوم ربنا مايكتب على حد المرض عشان الحوجة لبهدلة خدمة العملاء فى تامين اكتوبر

بخصوص الكشف الطبي استمارة ١١١ اول ما تدخل هتلاقي كافيتريا على ايدك اليمين هات منها طابع الشهيد ب ١٠ ج ركز كويس وبعدها هتفل مكمل لجوه وهتلاقي موظف مكتب على ايدك الشمال بتديله الاستمارة و بياناتك واضحة و بيانات العمل مع ختم جهة العمل على الصورة الشخصية لانه شرط للكشف مع طابع الشهيد الكشف بيبدأ من اول الساعة ١٠ صباحا. موظف بينادي الاسماء بالدور . بعد وبعد كده بتدفع ف الخزنة تدفع 400 جنيه و ويدوك 3 طوابع ركر وخد بالك منهم عشان لو مش ملزوقين كويس ممكن يطيروا الكشف بيكون في الدور الثاني في عيادة الرمد اولا ثم الباطنة. بعد الكشف بتستني برة المستشفى وهينادي اسمك و يسلمك الاستمارة مختومة. للأسف بجد المكان يفتقد للنظام بتلاقي فيه عيادات في كل التخصصات تقريبًا، وكمان معامل تحاليل ومراكز أشعة، فمريح جدًا لو محتاج تخلص أكتر من حاجة في نفس المكان. الميزة الكبيرة إن فيه اختيارات كتير من الدكاترة بأسعار مختلفة تناسب كل الناس، وكمان المكان قريب وسهل الوصول. رغم إن الزحمة موجودة شوية خاصة في أوقات الذروة، لكن بشكل عام تجربة كويسة جدًا ومفيدة لأي حد ساكن في أكتوبر

بخصوص الكشف الطبي استمارة ١١١ اول ما تدخل هتلاقي مكتب على ايدك الشمال بتسلمه الاستمارة موضح فيها بياناتك و بيانات جهة العمل مع ختم جهة العمل على الصورة الشخصية لانه شرط للكشف. طبعا هتحتاج طابع الشهيد و هو متاح من خلال كانتين المستشفى. الكشف بيبدأ في حدود الساعة ١٠ صباحا. شخص من العاملين بينادي الاسماء طبقًا لأولوية الحضور. بعد كده بتروح الخزنة تدفع ٤٠٠ جنيه. الكشف بيكون في الدور الاول في عيادة الرمد اولا ثم الباطنة. بعد الكشف بتنتظر خارج المستشفى لحد ما ينادي اسمك و يسلمك الاستمارة مختومة. الوقت المتوقع من الحضور حتى إنهاء الكشف و استلام الاستمارة حوالي ساعتين لتلات ساعات
