I brought in a kitten that had fallen from a balcony and took her to Aleet. I must say they did everything they could, and because of their efforts, the kitten survived. They never left her side throughout it all. Thank you, Dr. Dareen, Osama, and Abdelrahman!

"Honestly, I wouldn't recommend that vet to anyone. As an animal lover who rescues whenever possible, I went there in an emergency with an old, dying cat. It was unfortunately the closest vet, and all my regular doctors were busy. The vets there were young, inexperienced, and quite rude to my mother. They clearly knew the cat was dying, yet they insisted on numerous tests. The second time we went, they refused to help the cat until we did these tests, even though his condition was obvious and he was in his final days. They seemed to be after money and didn't care about the pet's well-being. After my regular doctors checked the cat and we got the test results, it was clear there was nothing more we could do besides making him comfortable in his last days. NEVER go there, especially for emergencies. P.S. The clinic itself was very dirty and looked unequipped." I am waiting for the unprofessional response.....as expected.

I had an amazing experience with this pet clinic! My cat was suffering from diarrhea, and the doctor was incredibly kind and attentive. He answered all my questions patiently, both in person and over WhatsApp, showing genuine care and responsiveness. For months, I was worried my cat might be deaf due to a persistent issue with his ears since he was 4 months old. To my surprise, the doctor discovered it was caused by an insect and immediately recommended the best course of treatment. Within a few days, my cat’s hearing was restored—it was such a relief and a truly heartwarming moment. The staff here are respectful, efficient, and compassionate. The doctor conducted a thorough checkup and provided effective treatment that significantly improved my cat’s health. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

Dr Rahma is kind to pets as well as homeless cats by the door. She responds almost instantly to queries and provides clear feedback. The place is clean and tidy. The location of the clinic is easy to find even if you are not a Heliopolisian. Anyway, thanks for taking care of Gercy.
