Very poor customer service at this branch (Al Horreya Square -Maadi Branch : long , unexplained waiting time, and only one staff member working very slowly . When one customer asked when she will be served, the staff member answered: You can leave if you want. The customer was frustrated, and honestly, witnessing this careless treatment I left the branch without taking the service. I went to Fontana Square branch and the service there was more than amazing.

Prices are reasonable. Staff does not always speak English at the desk, so you may want someone with you if you're a non-Arabic speaker. Facilities could be cleaner. Nurses do not often wear gloves when drawing blood.
