I walked in early this morning for a PCR test and was disappointed of their service and staff to the extent that I immediately decided to cancel the test and went to a far better lab with more professionalusm not too far. Apparently, they have a management problem and their staff need extensive training. They advertise that they are ISO9001 certified and accredited by many quality systems.... I think these must be old or fake stuff and nothing to do with what I experienced today!

The guy taking the sample verbally harassed me while I was alone and he was taking the blood sample! I made a complaint and the manager called me and then she said she will check his name and call back to tell me what will happen. She completely ignored the situation afterwards and didn’t call back. I seriously don’t advice any girl/women to go to a lab that keeps harassers and ignore complaints. It is not safe at all…
