It's not a good place, clerks who are receiving medical claims, blood tests requests and making invoices in the reception area are completely unprofessional and they waste people's time and are not helpful at all. Today specifically I met a new female clerk her attitude is a disappointment, she doesn't have anything to say or facilitate the process only saying you need to wait for the approval of your medical claim, which takes 1-2 hours while I was fasting and the blood sample needs to be taken after specific time. While in other labs they facilitate the process and don't wait for the approval of the medical insurance company, since there's emergency. Also, the people or nurses who take the blood tests and urine samples etc. They interrogate patients as if they are real doctors and they understand better than your doctor! Absolute waste of time.

The worst lab ever my appointment was at 6:30 and the moment I went in it was 9:30. The service is shit. The devices are shit, and the waiting time is too long even besides MRI machine it took longer than anywhere else and they claim that they have the best devices and newest. Please don’t come here

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I visited AlphaScan Concord for a simple ECG and ended up wasting nearly two hours of my time just waiting — with no proper explanation, no organisation, and no respect for patients’ time whatsoever. For a basic test, this level of delay is already unacceptable. What makes this even worse is that after paying 1,350 EGP for the ECG, I later discovered through my specialist doctor (which cost me an additional 5,000 EGP) that the ECG was DONE INCORRECTLY due to wrong electrode placement/wiring. This is not a minor mistake — this is a fundamental error that completely invalidates the test and could seriously mislead diagnosis. This is not just poor service — this is negligence. You are dealing with people’s health, not a casual service. Incorrect ECG results can have serious consequences, and the fact that such a basic procedure was done wrongly raises serious concerns about staff competence and training. This place truly deserves 1 star. Very poor service, staff almost doesn’t speaks English,waiting time just to came to reception and pay 30 min, later on you need to wait your specialist, so my appointment was at 12:30, it’s took me more than 2 hours to enter. Too crowded. Same as public hospital,or even worse.
