1.Secretary doesn’t know how to time manage You have to wait for a long time before your turn 2. Initially, the secretary told that they will not issue a receipt,which is unacceptable on our part since we’re gonna need it for insurance purposes 3. Consultation fee is expensive. We have paid 1000egp for consultation alone 4. Clinic is old and not well maintained in the receiving area which is a bit uncomfortable given the pricey fee. We expect a high quality of everything since the fee is so high compared to other clinics and famous hospitals

Worst secretary ever!!!! I booked an appointment at 9:00 pm I told her I will be coming from october city which is 50 km away from the clinic location and I did arrive at 9:02 pm, I called her to ask about the building number ! She told me i’m sorry the doctor left please come next week! I told her why no one contacted me to cancel or anything! It took me one and half hour and I was coming after work and I was exhausted!! She was very cold then I got mad and hanged up, then I texted her on what’sapp asking about dr Hoda private number but of course she didn’t reply. I’m still mad and I hope one day the same happens to her 🤞

Wrong diagnosis. Bad follow up. Reception extremely not helpful. And surprisingly overpriced for the absolute no value that you get. Don’t go there

the receptionist girl is not professional at all and clearly she doesn't know anything about the doctor or her procedures i visited the clinic and after i had finished with the doctor i've asked her to write down a bill or something the doctor told me sure deal with the reception and she will finalize everything for you when i went to ask the girl for a stamped receipt she told me i forget to tell you that we are not printing any receipts for any patients i insisted to get a receipt she went to the doctor and she refused to give us any receipts after a while she accepted that ! and when i tried to get all the medications that she has prescribed it for me i didn't find one medicine i called the reception girl looking for any alternative she was so mean and rude in replying and she kept telling okay call me after 10 minutes i will ask the doctor and i called again and she didn't ask once more she told me i will call you after a while and she never called , i had an appointment again with the doctor after 2 weeks and when the time for the visit had came i called to make sure of their availability she told me the doctor is abroad and she won't come back before 2 weeks i asked her why y
