I came and got fillers with doctor Aya and she is an amazing doctor, top tier service and she is super kind and nice. I am glad with my results and I would definitely recommend this doctor for cosmetic.

I did a facial with Dr. Doaa❤️ , el Mohandseen branch and it was really great. The doctor was excellent and explained every step clearly so the client is aware of everything. The reception staff were also very kind and professional.

I don’t recommend you to start your laser sessions here results are truly slow after 6 sessions i didn’t see any progress as promised, sessions are rushed and doesn’t feel professional, it’s too pricey compared to other clinics offers expires after one month however doctors often apologize and cancel appointments , the laser room and setting doesn’t feel comfortable at all nothing luxurious in this branch comparing to other branches and the chair they use is really uncomfortable, they don’t listen to your complaints and suggestions no matter how many times u tell them and there’s no respect to your time at all i used to wait 1-2 hours though am always on my time. I truly regret this… my time is really neat and they ruined for me

I regret to say that my experience at the Monhandsein branch was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend this location. After attending approximately seven sessions, the results were simply not satisfactory. Beyond the lack of clinical progress, the administration was consistently unreliable, frequently mishandling appointment times. The environment in the reception area was also unprofessional. On two occasions, I had to object to being skipped in the queue because staff allowed other patients to go ahead of me, claiming they had "simple procedures." This shows a complete disregard for scheduled appointment times and patient courtesy. Overall, a very poor experience from both a service and administrative standpoint.

The place is quite , very very kind and polite staff .. The service is extremely good .. Ms.Maryam was the therapist who did the facial for me and my mom, I highly recommended her to do facial treatments. She is kind , well experienced and educated.. The receptionists were very kind and treat everyone with a smile.. A very good experience, surely I’ll come back again.. Also the have offers these days, so take the chance and come..
