I am leaving positive review not because my experience started perfectly, but because of how well Taj Elite took ownership of a bad experience & took active steps to make it right. I had a problem with my initial crowns and visits to the clinic and made a complaint, Shortly after, Dr. Hala contacted me, got me back into the clinic, and entirely replaced the crowns to make sure I was 100% satisfied, all without me explicitly asking for a replacement. This kind of accountability & care is hard to find and very appreciated, also i want to extend my thanks to Dr. Nashwa who handled my critique of the previous visit with professionalism and empathy. Thank you, for turning a bad situation into a positive outcome.
