I tried the bacon mushroom jack, you can't miss this, really good!! I also ordered blanco fries as a side. There are varieties of other sauces you can choose from. The only problem is, the music was a little bit loud and my friends and I couldn't really hear each other. Otherwise, food quality is great and the staff are polite and professional.

It was really amazing. Staff was friendly; helpful and so kind. Menu contains so many items differs in preferences. I've enjoyed bread-free meal and Zero vicola. Still prices are high compared to the available in Roxy area. Overall I've enjoyed the experience and will repeat again.

I recently visited this place, and overall the experience was okay. The food was actually quite good, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. However, I felt that the prices were a bit higher than expected for the portion sizes. The place itself is small and can get crowded quickly, which makes it a bit difficult to sit comfortably during busy hours. It would also be more convenient if they had a restroom available for customers. As for the staff, they were doing their best, but the service could be a little more organized and professional. With a bit more attention to customer experience, this place could easily improve. Overall, it’s a nice spot with tasty food, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I hope they continue developing because the potential is there.

Crazy how this branch has a great spot and one of the best views in the heart of masr el gedida yet , the worst branch ever No bathroom Terrible service and staff No commitment no smiles In addition to rudeness and disrespect You enter the place at 2 am ! So there are few people and every table is dirty and no one even tells you to hold on dont sit till the table is ready When i was frustrated i went to talk to the cashier about that he told me w sarcastically : who got it dirty ?! I told him i dont know but thats not my job so nevertheless im waiting. Till the table is done We sat for 10 minutes then when i waved again to him he acted surprised and then came to clean it while every other table surrounding has food drops on them and it was disgusting He went to us twice and saw the table where we sat twice though there was no paper on it however every surrounding one had paper box an hour later i drove right next to them and i swear to god the same kids ! Working there were literally having fun throwing dirt bags really high up in the sky to the niddle of the road and i didnt have the chance to capture that however that was on 2:30 am and hour later thats if the managers will

I ordered the Charbroiled Burger with caramelized onions, along with fries and a Coke. The burger was flavorful and well-cooked, and the portion was satisfying. The next day, I tried the Chtakii Burger (the one served in a croissant), and it was a really nice twist—something different but delicious! The overall dining experience at the restaurant was enjoyable. I also loved the Buffalo sauce on the table—it had a smoky Texas-style flavor that added a great kick to the meal. Overall, a great experience with reasonable prices. Definitely worth trying!
