This business is in Al Basatin, Cairo Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The food was amazing, and tbh this is the best branch ever for buffalo but the service is slow and bad but that's the only downside

I recently visited Buffalo Burgers and tried the Shiitake Mushroom Burger, which was actually quite good. The patty was flavorful, and the mushrooms added a rich, umami touch that elevated the whole experience. The crispy fries on the side were also well-seasoned and cooked just right—definitely a highlight. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. The self-service system was a bit of a letdown. There were no managers or staff visible on the floor, which made it hard to get help or ask questions. The atmosphere felt chaotic, and there didn’t seem to be any oversight or organization. On top of that, tables were not cleaned properly, and condiment stations were messy and unsanitary, which really detracted from the dining experience. All in all, the food was decent, but the lack of cleanliness and poor service setup made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Definitely room for improvement in customer experience.

Nice sandwiches, especially i enjoyed the Secret Burger. The stuff was very friendly, the food was great, they cleaned our table with a detergent before serving food. The disadvantage of this place is cleanliness of the food court itself. Beside they closed many of its entrances, which lead to the closure of many restaurants.
