Extremely poor and stressful experience with Dubai Phone. I attempted to purchase Motorola Moto Buds Loop from their website for 2,999 EGP and paid using Apple Pay through Paymob. The payment was authorised, and the Paymob redirect URL clearly shows the transaction as Approved/successful, with a Paymob transaction ID, Paymob order ID, merchant order ID, amount, currency, and approved status. Despite this, Dubai Phone did not provide any order confirmation, invoice, receipt, confirmation email, SMS, order number, or successful order page. I was also not redirected back to a proper confirmation or failed transaction page on their website. When I contacted Dubai Phone customer service, I was told they had no record of my order or transaction. I spoke to two customer service representatives whose names I have documented for internal complaint and dispute purposes. What made the situation worse is that Dubai Phone refused to provide written confirmation that they had no record of the order, even though that is exactly what my bank needed to resolve the issue. If a company says there is no order and no transaction in their system, they should be able to confirm that in writing. Revo

I had a great experience with Dubai Phone. The staff were very professional, helpful, and patient while explaining the different phone options and prices. The products are original, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable place to buy phones and accessories.

I bought a phone for my mom from this shop, and the experience was really good. The staff were very helpful, supportive, and patient while helping us choose the right phone. They answered all our questions and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good service and a smooth buying experience.

Went to trade-in my apple watch in the store after getting an estimate through their website and calling the call center to confirm, they refused and claimed that this is not possible and no trade ins can be done i told them then why have u put it on the website? i called call center to confirm again and they said that yes trade ins should be done normally and this is part of their service sales man then proceeded to look at the watch and say its scratched i told them yes its an old watch and as based on your website u deduct amounts based on scratches and battery and whether i have the box or not and that i will be getting the series 11 so will be paying a significant amount that’s more than the trade in anyways. Not to mention they were doing inventory when i went in the store and didn’t ask me what i wanted and they were extremely rude. Absolutely wont buy from them again even though I’ve bought all my purchases from them. But absolutely awful and wasted trip and they advertise services they dont give at all.
