Judge a place like this on a clear menu with prices, visible hygiene and recent, consistent reviews rather than décor. Food outlets are licensed by the district or the new-city authority and inspected by the National Food Safety Authority, and most menus are in Arabic, many in English too. Thursday nights and holidays are the busiest, and popular places fill up on Ramadan nights and at Eid, so book ahead. Cash is still common in popular eateries, while larger restaurants take cards, mobile wallets and InstaPay.

The business lists hours for all seven days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11:00–03:00. Expect different timings in Ramadan and on public holidays, and a short closure at Friday prayer time in smaller shops. The listed phone number is 19099. From abroad dial +20 and then the number without its leading zero (five-digit hotlines work only from within Egypt); calling ahead is the norm for bookings and to confirm timings. More information is available on its website, americanarestaurants.com.

Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 2,644 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

This business is in Agouza, Giza Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night.

Overall, good staff and service :) In my point of view, the half boneless chicken was too salty and the ‘supposed’ grilled vegetables so oily + too crunchy [not well maybe rapidly cooked] : they worth not the price ! The fried puri bread is AMAZING ! Also, the toilets are available in a good condition (hot/cold water to wash your hands, handdryer and tissues, etc.).

The makeover of the place is so good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered 1/4 chicken with 2 sides that were rice and sautee it was 10/10 1/2 chicken with 2 sides that were rice and sautee, i'd give it 10/10 the food was so good, delicious, juicy and the chicken had the correct spices Boury bread which was sooo delicious 😍 Lastly, their orange juice which surprised me by its good taste, it was natural and pure as if you are drinking a fresh orange juice They also had guava and strawberry juice that i would try in another time It's not my first time and it won't be the last 😍 This place is so recommended 💯

A little pricey but offers great quality, puri bread is a must try, their grilled chicken is definitely their specialty, along with grilled beef kofta maybe, tried sambosa and was also very good, overall I was satisfied with food and to some degree service.
