I had a great experience at Dr.Israa’s dental center the staff were welcoming, professional, and very organized. The clinic was spotless and followed all hygiene protocols, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The dentist of my daughter was patient,explained everything clearly, and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire procedure. My daughter was very happy from her doctor and she loved her .I truly appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in their work.

Over years and years, I had amazing experience at Israa Dental Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Also, two of my kids had life transforming experience by braces. The clinic is super clean, modern, and well-organized. Unfortunately, my experience at Dr. Israa Dental Center was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I had eight crowns placed, and within less than a year, the quality proved to be extremely poor. One of the crowns broke, and food constantly gets stuck around and underneath the others. The material used for the crowns appears to be very low quality. Moreover, Dr. Israa herself, the owner of the center, continuously defends the work even when it is clearly flawed. Even the night guard had to be redone twice, and both times it was incorrectly made. All the crowns were installed as a single connected unit, which was not for any valid medical reason. Despite all these issues, none of them have been resolved to this day. I genuinely do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Edits: Based on your response regarding Dr. Esraa El Saeed’s clinic, I must clarify that it does not reflect the reality we experienced there. Before copying and pasting a generic reply — which should have at least included the clinic’s contact number — it would have been more appropriate for Dr. Esraa herself to take responsibility and resolve the issue instead of avoiding it.
