If u try to complain your complaint will go to trash bin and will never reach management office , if there is a management office no management no customer support if u call hotline to compain u will be shocked that there is no any customer support service available and no availability to make complaint through hotline so its only available to contact branch so basically noway to complain about the branch unless u r going to complain about the branch employees to the employees them selves and the website is absolutely terrible so when i tried to complaints several times through the website the only option is to send it through whatsapp number which is an only robotic response number , i got no any response to complaints, inquiries, messages that i sent to this whatsapp number

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The attitude was aggressive and did not even look at us when he talked. He let us ask questions about the prices and cakes then finally told us that he was closed.

What disgusting cake. Went to the trash. Nothing but huge layers of whipped cream. It’s over exaggerated and has nothing to do with authentic Russian honey cake. Maybe if you use less cream to make the cake look bigger it would be less disgusting to eat.

The best Honey Cake I HAVE EVER TRIED!❤️ My dad doesn’t like sugar nor desserts at all and he wouldn’t stop eating it. Totally recommend to every single person out there.

Good cakes for great prices! I tried sour cream, coffee, and caramel flavors and they were all very delicious!! Just try to buy the right size for the day so you don't have leftovers, the cake changes taste and becomes soggy on the next day, even in the fridge.
