I cannot thank Dr.Jessica enough for the outstanding care and support throughout my recovery. After my knee arthroscopy, I was worried about regaining my mobility, but from the very first session, I knew I was in the right hands. Thank you for making such a positive difference in my recovery journey! I would also like to thank Amr in the reception for the outstanding follow up and being so helpful through my recovery period being punctual and always on time .

I have been working with Dr. Abdulateef for approximately six months at FIZIK, while also following up with Dr. Yomna, and I would like to share my experience: 1. The team overall—and Dr. Abdulateef in particular—are exceptionally supportive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. 2. The reception staff are equally helpful, welcoming, and attentive to patients’ needs. As a minor point for improvement, the gym facilities would benefit from enhanced equipment maintenance. Additionally, improving accessibility at the entrance—such as adding handrails for both the stairs and a ramp—would make the facility more user-friendly for all visitors.

I had a wonderful experience at the physical rehabilitation center! From the moment I walked in, the reception team made me feel so welcome, they were kind, professional, and incredibly understanding. The staff is amazing, they are friendly, patient, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every session felt personalized and well-guided, and I could really see the care and effort they put into helping each person recover and improve. The environment is clean and comfortable. I’m truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a place that combines expertise with genuine compassion.
