Honestly, the hotel was extremely dirty, the staff service was awful, and everything was overpriced. Definitely not worth the money.

It does not have a mini bar, it does not have coffee and tea service in the room, TV channels only Arabs, carpeted room, very poor bathroom amenities and more, the only positive thing is the quality of the mattress, very comfortable.

Worst hotel ive been in 35 years. In photos hotel looks very clean and luxurious with 4 star rating, dont be fooled when you come you realize its a 1* hotel. They dont pick up room service calls . Doesnt provide slippers or toothbrush and toothpaste neither or dirty laundry bags. Carpets stink and walls and cupboards are fully rotten and moulded. Ive booked it for 5 nights but ive booked an alternative hotel for tommorow onwards. Dont know how i will spend this night in this hotel with this 50 year old carpet and its heavy odour smell🤐

I am beyond furious and completely disgusted with this hotel. Charging $250 USD per night for these conditions is outrageous and feels like a complete scam. From the moment we entered the room, the problems were obvious. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom was even worse, with a strong sewage smell that made it unbearable. Basic necessities were missing — there was no toilet paper, no conditioner, and no drinking water provided. When we asked for extra towels, staff refused to give them to us. Multiple things in the bathroom were broken. The bidet was not working, and the toilet tap was also broken. When a plumber finally came to “fix” the bidet, he left a massive mess behind and walked out without cleaning up. Completely unbelievable. We were promised extra beds for each room, which was a major reason we booked this hotel. Instead, staff came in with a pile of blankets and laid them out on the floor, as if anyone would be expected to sleep on the ground. In the other room, they provided a mattress that was far too large for the bed frame, so unstable that if children slept on it, it could fold and cause them to fall and get injured. Thi

Terrible experience. Do not stay here. The internet does not work at all. The breakfast is horrible, not fresh, and they are extremely tight with the food. There were no towels, no conditioner, and shockingly no toilet paper, which was only provided two nights later after repeated requests. they are very very greedy and expect tips to be provided to them for doing something very simple as opening the elevator. The tap water smells like absolute gas and made my skin dry, the toilets didn't even flush and the taps didn't work only until we had to contact the front desk for them to bring in a person to fix it and they also do not provide bottled water. There is no mini fridge, and when we asked for an extra bed, they literally put blankets on the floor as if that was acceptable for a paying guest. On top of all that, the room had a strong cigarette smell, and the toilet was disgusting and smelled horrible. The service is incredibly slow. We paid $250 USD for this stay and received a level of service that is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone. This hotel does not deserve 1 star.
