Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Jano and George, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and memorable and finish a up a quick checkout service. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the hospitality really stood out. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Upon arrival, Mina and Jouvanna welcomed me warmly and introduced me to the new in‑room check‑in process. They accompanied me directly to my room, explained both hotel and room facilities, and immediately arranged a room change when I requested it.
