My stay at The Sheraton Egypt has totally been amazing. The rooms are impeccable as well as the service🙌🏽🙌🏽, the location has stunning views especially at night when all the town is lit up and I’m on the 24th floor, end room with a huge wraparound balcony.. The one thing that stand out is the server we had a breakfast each day Ibrahim😌, he was very attentive and the service was over the top fantastic, friendly and on top with bringing you what you needed even before you asked… so a very special shout out to him. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cairo Egypt.🙌🏽😁🥰

Great location if you travel by taxi. A bit difficult to walk because downstairs it’s a bit chaotic. But very close to some good museums and park. But again, recommend taxi instead. We had some small issue during the stay, but the staff were very attentive and very kind, quickly resolved our issues. I recommend them. Even if you choose to stay in South tower which is a bit old.

Our stay at the Sheraton Cairo was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the reception team at the Club Lounge warmly welcomed us while graciously accommodating our request, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wonderful selection, and the staff stood out for their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We also enjoyed the evening offerings in the Club Lounge. The dinner was very good, and the team consistently ensured we were well looked after, providing thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. The exceptional hospitality of the staff made our experience memorable, and we would happily return.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I booked this hotel for 9 nights expecting a clean, comfortable, and professional environment consistent with a 5-star hotel standard. However, from the very first night I could barely sleep for more than 2 hours due to constant itching and discomfort. I also found an insect on the bed that appeared to resemble a bed bug, which was very concerning and disturbing during my stay. I immediately reported the issue to reception, and although they changed my room and offered an upgrade, the situation was not resolved properly. The replacement room also showed below-average cleanliness standards and did not make me feel comfortable or reassured. The presence of insects and the level of cleanliness I experienced were simply not what should be expected from a hotel presenting itself as a 5-star property. This experience had a direct impact on my comfort, sleep, and overall quality of stay. I sincerely hope management takes cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and room inspections far more seriously in order to protect guest wellbeing and maintain the hotel’s reputation. I also invite the management to visit Dubai
