I strongly do not recommend this clinic. The organization of appointments is highly unprofessional, and there is a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. We chose this clinic specifically because we wanted a consultation with Dr. Heba, a female implant specialist whose qualifications we had researched beforehand. When we called to book the appointment, we made it clear several times that we wanted to see Dr. Heba specifically. We repeatedly asked the receptionist to confirm that the appointment was with Dr. Heba, and every time we were assured that it was. We traveled from another city, spending approximately 2.5 hours with kids on the road just to reach the clinic. When we arrived, the receptionist’s first concern was to tell us the consultation fee. Only after that did she casually inform us that Dr. Heba was not in the clinic and that other doctors could see us instead. This is completely unacceptable. We did not book an appointment with “any available dentist.” We specifically booked Dr. Heba because we were looking for an experienced implant specialist. When we asked whether the doctors being offered also perform dental implant procedures, the receptionist could not answe

Professional, caring, kind, and personable. I can’t think of enough superlatives. This is hands down the best dentist office that I have ever been to. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely happy to work with me and they took their time to do everything that needed to be done. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area or even those visiting and looking for a dentist in Egypt. It was a wonderful experience as a new patient. From the first call with Nasir to the appointment where I met Dr. Nourhan, Dr. Hiba and Dr. Hana, truly….it was truly top notch service from beginning to end. They were all attentive and focused on making me comfortable during the visit. I used to have nightmare experiences with dentists but they were the first to let my fear go and actually help me feel comfortable and be at ease. I went to over 9 doctors from the US to Sudan to Dubai and none were able to be patient with me like them. When it came to my tooth sensitivity and fear of the dentist - they were very respectful and had a positive energy to ensure that I had a great experience.
