Choosing a clinic, dentist or pharmacy in Egypt is about trust and convenience: check the hours, make sure the doctor is registered with the relevant syndicate and the facility is licensed by the Ministry of Health and Population, and ask in advance about the consultation fee and whether your insurance card is accepted. Care ranges from public, university and private hospitals to clinics, many of them open in the evening, and pharmacies on every street, while the universal health insurance system is being rolled out governorate by governorate. In an emergency call an ambulance on 123. Many insurance plans do not cover dental treatment or cover it only partly, so ask for a written cost estimate before treatment starts, check the dentist's registration with the Dental Syndicate and ask how many sessions to expect.

The business lists hours for all seven days of the week. Typical hours are 16:00–22:00. Expect different timings in Ramadan and on public holidays, and a short closure at Friday prayer time in smaller shops. The listed phone number is 010 6046 0900. From abroad dial +20 and then the number without its leading zero (five-digit hotlines work only from within Egypt); calling ahead is the norm for bookings and to confirm timings.

Customers rate it 5.0 out of 5 on Google across 33 reviews, a high score, though the most recent reviews are still the best guide to what visitors find today.

I have been visiting this dental clinic from June until January. During this period, I had several treatments done, including replacing fillings, redoing root canal treatments, crowns, and dental implants. So far, I have no complaints at all about any of the teeth that were previously treated, which is very reassuring. My last session was today, الحمد لله, and everything went smoothly. The crowns and restorations still need some time for me to fully get used to, but I hope this adjustment period will not take too long. The only note I would mention is the waiting time at the clinic, which can be a bit long even if you are the first patient of the day. Overall, I am satisfied with the treatment and the results so far.
