I took my small kitten there. A young Doctor inspected it and told me “the cat only has diarrhea but it is fine”. Regardless, he gave it three injections, and asked me to come the next day. The kitten was doing much worse on that next day and i took it there again. The same doctor told me that there is nothing wrong with the cat again, gave it another injection, and asked me to come 5 days in a row for more injections without telling me anything about the symptoms or the conditions. I stopped going because that sounded very scammy. Few days later i went to another doctor, told me the kitten has bad case of hepatitis and was never supposed to take any injections in this young and sick state. My kitten died the day after that. If a more qualified doctor inspected it on that first day we might have been able to save it

Took my cat in for a check up. Very young vet inspected very quickly and said she was healthy and fine. Nothing to report. A couple of days later, I took her to another vet in a different location for a second opinion. He immediately noticed ring worm fungus on her ear. It was surprisingly easy to spot. People working at I-Vet Clinic seem to be either inexperienced or lazy, maybe both. For that, I wouldn’t recommend.

My female cat was spayed there, based on a friend's recommendation. I delivered the cat at 9am at the clinic and took it back at 5pm. Throughout these hours, They took care of the cat and made sure everything is alright before discharging it. I received the cat aware. When arriving home, my cat was active, eating, and pooping as usual. There was no medication or cone required afterwards, and the surgical wound was absolutely clean. Thank you, I-Vet doctors, and I would highly recommend the clinic for fixing cats' procedures. The cost is reasonable as well.

A Big Thank You from the Bottom of My Heart ❤️ I want to send my deepest thanks to the amazing team at I Vet Clinic - Maadi. After a very hard journey with Safrota(Toot🐱) who almost lost her life due to a serious infection and bad care at another clinic. From the moment I entered the clinic i was welcomed with kindness and respect. Dr.Rami, your professionalism, understanding, and respectful attitude made a huge difference. Thank you!! A very special thank you to Dr. Khaled, who was responsible for Safrota's case. You are truly a doctor with a conscience. You were patient, gentle, and gave your full effort even when her condition seemed hopeless you didn't give up on her when others might have and when she needed a second surgery, it was a big risk but because of your care and experience it went well elhamdullah. I will never forget what you did. Also, thank you to the lovely assistant Maison. You were always smiling, kind, friendly and sweet. Your comforting words and positive energy helped us get through a very tough time. You were always there for both of us, and your love for animals is easy to see and very clear. I'm truly honored to have met such a wonderful and caring team.
