The food was warm and delicious overall, except for the mixed grill, which was not good. The tarb also didn’t meet our expectations. We ordered a plate of rice, and the quantity was really very small. I’ve had the same rice for the same price at other Badawy restaurants, and the portion was literally more than double. Honestly, the food was not very special compared to places like Qaryet Hany. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was a big plus. However, considering the prices, the place itself doesn’t really meet expectations. It didn’t feel very well-organized or premium enough for the high price you pay. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not the best value for money.

It a was a nice experience overall. Loved the dani ribs and the grilled chicken. Others like kofta, hamam, and sheesh were ok, but I wouldn’t want to try them again. Place wasn’t full so it was with moderate noise. I was inviting people, so I was talking to the Metr away from the table so I can order without concerns but he insisted to go to the table, also when it was the time to pay, he said the amount very out loud instead of just hading me the check. It was so freakin rude of him. Other staff were nice and very helpful.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm, authentic, and memorable. The restaurant offers a generous variety of traditional Egyptian dishes, starting with an impressive selection of 12 different starters, each bursting with flavour and freshness. The freshly baked bread, served warm, was a perfect complement to the meal and added a comforting, homemade touch. Among the standout dishes was the Tarb—succulent, well-seasoned meat that was grilled to perfection. The desserts were equally delightful, especially the Kunafa, which was crisp on the outside and soft within, striking a beautiful balance of texture and sweetness. The drink menu was varied, but the highlight for us was the fresh lemon mint juice—refreshing, vibrant, and a perfect way to cool down on a warm evening. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our time there. It was very very bad experience for me in Eid really it was very bad food to eat as kabab came as per photo old and like old meat also i orderd hamam but it was tooo cold and not tasty at all also grilled chicken the skin of the chicken was so thick and fill with fat also mahshy the most delicious Egyptian food was cold and extremely spicy I don’t know how told the chef it served hot abd prices is insane soooooooo expensive compared with excellent BBQ restaurants at alexandria really extremely bad experience and will not visit again or recommend to order

Everyone in this place is welcoming you and trying their best to serve. The quality of the food is good. It's not the best when it comes to Grills and mashawi but you will get good value of your money. The price is affordable. There is no kids area yet but they are building it right now.
