Judge a place like this on a clear menu with prices, visible hygiene and recent, consistent reviews rather than décor. Food outlets are licensed by the district or the new-city authority and inspected by the National Food Safety Authority, and most menus are in Arabic, many in English too. Thursday nights and holidays are the busiest, and popular places fill up on Ramadan nights and at Eid, so book ahead. Cash is still common in popular eateries, while larger restaurants take cards, mobile wallets and InstaPay.
Opening hours are published for all seven days of the week. On most of those days it is open 09:00–03:00. Timings usually change during Ramadan, at Eid and on other public holidays, and some shops open later on Friday around midday prayers, so call before a long trip. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.
Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 1,088 reviews, a high score, though the most recent reviews are still the best guide to what visitors find today.
This business is in Agouza, Giza Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night. The Cairo Metro's three lines, together with the Monorail and the LRT, cover much of Greater Cairo and are a practical way to skip the traffic and the hunt for parking, especially Downtown and in the older districts.

Great place. Wide and welcoming. However it lacks many importance things. The tables are mostly dirty and the staff cleans it a little infrequently. Also the floor has the same issue. The tables are busy most of the time. The food is good though and the sides are great. Great experience but needs more attention to the place.

This branch is excellent, focusing strictly on what they do best: Kofta and Hawashi. While the menu is limited to just these two sandwiches, the quality is top-notch—they are true experts. It's a perfect spot for a quick grab-and-go meal. The staff is quite young, and they can occasionally struggle during busy rushes, but the food is so delicious that it's worth it. Overall, a perfect food experience

they have the best kufta sandwiches but unfortunately the chubby girl with green eyes who took our order was rude and snippy for no reason. otherwise, this would’ve been a five star review

I placed an order through Waffarha app, and when I followed up with the cashier, I was told that the order (app Voucher) needed to be activated through the call center. I contacted the call center, and they confirmed that the app voucher had been activated. However, when I returned to the cashier after half an hour, they said that the order still hadn’t appeared in their system. I ended up stuck in a frustrating loop between the cashier and the call center for nearly over an hour. Frankly, the staff’s attitude and handling of the situation were very disappointing, and I don’t intend to use Waffarha app again with this Restaurant specificly. As for the food, it was tasty and of good quality, but it arrived very late. The order cost EGP 350 (330 EGP total order price + 20 EGP Waffarha administrative fees) through the app and included four kofta sandwiches, two hawawshi sandwich, 2 potato chips, 2 diet soda, 4 small containers of pickled tomato , and a very 2 small container of tahini also 2 small pickles container and 1 medium container of pickled tomato as a compensation for the slow service we faced !! Also we had almost totally burned sandwich of hawawshi in the order after wa
