La Casa Residence is a wonderful little hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and attentive and the atmosphere is calm and serene. My 6 year old son was sad to leave this hotel and absolutely loved the mint water in the lobby. He was saying that all the staff were really nice to him which wasn't the case in other hotels we've been to. The location offers easy access to the airport and the downtown area but isn't very walkable. We chose to come back to this hotel for an extra night on our way back as we just felt so comfortable here. Absolutely lovely!

Our stay here was absolutely flawless. It is a hidden gem, and has our highest recommendation. We have travelled extensively, and this is hands down one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is memorable. We do not speak Arabic, but they spoke the language of kindness. Shokran to all the staff for making us feel so welcome to Egypt.

We stayed in lacasa as we were looking for some option close to the convention center. Actually if you are looking for something close to the exhibition and not overpriced, I think this is the best option. The hotel is renovated so all the amenities are new and beautiful, staff is very nice and helpful. Nevertheless there are things I would suggest to improve: 1. It is noisy in the rooms due to the cars in the street. I am a sensitive type of person, so couldn’t manage to sleep during my trip. But I guess in all Cairo it is like this, didn’t have experience with other hotels. 2. The floor was a bit dirty, although staff cleaned it for me like 3 times and it got fine. The couch in the rooms also needed deep cleaning. 3. Wish the breakfast was bigger, at least a double portion of eggs. 4. Hot water was finishing in the shower after 30 min of usage. However I would still recommend this hotel as the best option in el nasr city, and a very pleasant environment and good amenities. If they could solve the noise thing for me, I would come back. Thanks to all the staff and Mustafa for being attentive and helpful.

Beautiful interior and sincere staff. We had booked a plan with breakfast, but since our flight schedule didn’t allow us to have the regular breakfast, we informed the staff — and they kindly prepared some bread for our early 6:30 a.m. departure. The exterior was also beautiful, and it was quiet at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
