Improved menu and services, we ordered dine-in burger meals that came fast, clean in a nice presentation. The food was delicious with twist of butter scent and taste. Meal is very satisfying and quantities are more than enough. Only disadvantage is salty potato fries. Others are great 👍 Highly recommended to visit and enjoy

The food is okay, like not so tasty that I want more but at same time it's not bad, like you won't crave for it but it's good

The burgers were mid at best. The hot dogs were good, and the wings were amazing. However, it took them a really long time to make the food. We even asked for the wings to be made last, but they still made them first, and they got cold. Service-wise, they’re pretty bad. The food itself is okay though, and I’ll definitely be coming back just for the wings

Mince Burgers serve excellent burgers that are really well seasoned and cooked to perfection … the beef patty is absolutely juicy and their sauce is just delicious

To anyone who may still cares about a brand from one failure to another. Last year after messing up an allergy order, we decided to give them another try and go have dinner, despite serving the burgers before the appetisers even after we told them that we need the appeterisers first. They took back the sandwiches left it on the kitchen counter and waited till the appetisers were ready and served first. We had ordered the kids meal that should come with a juice and a toy as per they menu, which we waited for until we finished eating our food. We asked for the missing items only to be told that their are no toys available. So why did they not tell us that before we ordered? They made us wait for a very long time as we complained and finally came back with colouring pencils from MacDonalds and then the supervisor said happy now? well no i was not. The onion rings also had no batter on them and the quality of the burgers was more than disappointing. overall I would not recommend Mince as a burger restaurant to visit.
