Not impressed with the service considering the price of the service. The dentists are never on time and have no respect for clients time. Also, the clinic smells of smoke! Update: This is to confirm my review for this clinic. I’ve provided a bad review previously, yet I’ll reinstate my previous comments that it’s overpriced, appointments are never respected and the clinic smells of cigarettes. Adding to that, the owner of the clinic tried to contact me regarding my previous comment, only to find an arrogant and rude response that clearly shows an ignorant behaviour and lack of discipline in relation to clients, how to communicate and clearly overstepping their rights. I do not recommend this place whatsoever and should my comment ever get deleted, I shall repost it again. Highly disappointing attitude with such an entitled behaviour. I shall continue my treatment elsewhere as promised as it’s simply overrated and not worth the time or money…

I’ve had a mixed experience with this dental clinic. On one hand, the hygiene standards are excellent, and the doctors are truly professional and skilled. Yes, it’s a little overpriced, but at least the quality of the treatment is good. However, my experience with their call centre has been extremely frustrating. I was told by the staff at the New Cairo branch that the clinic has a branch in Riyadh, and that I would be able to continue my treatment there if needed. But when I tried to find the Riyadh branch myself, I couldn’t find any information—no address, no phone number—neither on Google Maps nor on their official website. That’s the only reason I kept reaching out to the call centre of the Cairo clinic. For the past three weeks, I’ve been calling the call centre almost every two days, asking for an appointment or even just basic details for the Riyadh branch. Every time, I get the same response: “We don’t have the number. We’ll reach out to the Riyadh branch and they will call you back.” That call never came. Not once. It honestly feels like the Riyadh branch’s contact information is some sort of secret. And the lack of coordination is deeply disappointing. I specifically a
