مكان فاشل وخدمة عملاء سيئة واسلوب موظفين خدمة العملاء لا ترتقي بسمعة شركة زي شاومي دة غير موظفين الصيانة عايز يطلعك غلطان وتيجي تسلم الفون يطبعولك ورقة ان الفون علية خدوش في الظهر وفي الكاميرا ولازم تمضي الايصال علشان يستلم منك الفون وبيعمل معاك كدة علشان متعرفش تاخد حقك منهم من عن طريق حماية المستهلك اشتريت منهم فون شاومي ريدمي نوت 15 موديل سنة 2026 مكملش عشر ايام والشاشة قعدت ترعش وتفصل لوحدها راح الصيانة قالت كان محتاج سوفت وير والمشكلة اتحلت ورجعولي الفون بعد 3 ايام و بعد 13 يوم ظهر نفس المشكلة و رجعت تاني لفرع صلاح سالم وحصل بردو اسلوب وحش من الموظف الهناك وكأن موظف شغال في شارع مش خدمة عملاء في شركة كبيرة وقولتو انا هعرف اجيب حقي ازاي ومش هستلم الفون للمرة التانية دة غير ان الفرع كان مفيش حد يقعد البية بيقولي اتفضلو برة مينفعش حد يقف قدام الباب وكل دة في عز الشمس وباسلوب طرد حتي مش استأذان طبعا عملت شكوي في قسم شكاوي شاومي اول لما خرجت من الفرع قبل ما الفون يدخل فحصل لتاني مرة علي التوالي بنفس المشكلة وقولتلهم مش هستلم الفون دة تاني والموضوع كبر و وصل لمدير الصيانة ومدير المنطقة بتاعت الشركة واتعملي استرداد مبلغ واستبدال الهاتف

مكسل يشوف البطارية موجوده في الفرع عنده ولا لأوعايزني اسيب التليفون ٣ ايام عمل عشان يشوفوا البطارية موجودة ولا لأ وبعد ده كله يا تتغير يا مش موجودة ، ٣ ايام عشان بطارية !!

**وداعا شاومي** دخلت عندهم اشتري قطع الغيار الاستهلاكيه للروبوت اللي بينضف قعدت نص ساعه مستني الموظف يخلص الي قدامي في الدور علطول مشكلتي مش في الانتظار بس المكان ما فيهوش اي منفذ هواء ولا حتى مروحه من الي بيبيعوها ب 5000 جنيه لما اشتكيت موظف الامن اتكرم و شغل التكييف الي في المدخل عشان يدخل نسمه هوا جوا و كان باين عليه انه مش عايز يجيله برد عندهم اثنين تكييف جوه وقفلينه وبعد ما الموظف طرقني بحجه .المخزن المقفول كانت المحادثه علي واتس اب .و في الاخر رفض يبيع اي قطع غيار لمجرد اني شاريه من بره مصر.حرام اما شركه كبيره زي شاومي يكون ده مركز صيانتها و طبعا حبعتلهم في الصين عشان يشوفو و يفرحو بتوكيلهم في مصر.stay tuned

مابيصلحوش. اي مشكلة مابتتصلحش الا الحاجات البسيطة سوكيت شحن مثلا ويقولوا على اسباب غريبة وماحصلتش اساسا للمشكلة.

يستحقوا اقل من نجمة واحدة . مش بيصلحوا اى موبايل فى فترة الضمان .. لو جهازك هيتصلح بدون تكلفة هيقولوا اى اسباب وهمية عشان يطلع عيب استعمال .. اللى شغالين فى المكان شوية كدابين وهما عارفين .. بما فيهم المدير بتاعهم .. بعتت email للشركة الام قالولى دة مش مركز معتمد وقالولى ان ضمان شاومى فى شارع عبد العزيز او مول العرب فقط .. نصيحة لو مش عايز دمك يتحرق متروحش المكان دة .. مرفق صور الجهز اللى كتبوا فى تقريرهم انه منحنى وفيه عيب استعمال عشان ميتصلحش .. حتى حماية المستهلك معرفوش يعملوا معاهم حاجة
