Booked an appointment for colouring of my waistlength locs. Staff speak very little English but through Google, pointing and gestures we were able to communicate. I chose the colour and then the testing vegan to ensure no allergic reaction and the shade was correct. Ayman went to work, starting from the back; leaving the roots til last. 35 minutes later, I was at the sink having a relaxing hair wash. I didn’t have any expectations as very few people in Cairo know how to manage locs let alone 4c hair. The Color was even and matched the colour I had selected. I will Go back in a few weeks to get some Highlights done. Great service and a Job well done. Thanks Ayman!

I had such a great experience with Ahmed, who is both the owner and my stylist. I was a little nervous going in since I hadn’t colored my hair in years but Ahmed immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. He speaks excellent English and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I showed him inspo photos and the cut and color turned out perfectly. Truly better than I imagined! Everyone in the salon was incredibly talented and treated me with so much care and respect. Trust the process and trust Ahmed at The One!
