I came here twice during my short trip to Cairo. The atmosphere of the place is unmatched. It’s such a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy an authentic Egyptian meal. Both times I sat outside however there is a lovely indoor seating area too. The bathrooms are super clean and the whole vibe of the place is great.

I finally hit up Oldish and honestly the ambience is just perfect. It has that vintage rustic energy that feels so cozy and grounded whether you are coming through solo for some me time or rolling up with the whole squad. There is plenty of room too since they have seating both downstairs and upstairs so you can usually find a corner that fits your vibe. The food is actually really good and consistently hits the spot which is always a win. But the absolute cutest part is definitely the little kiosk outside. You can actually write tiny notes and leave them on the storefront which is such a wholesome and aesthetic touch. It makes the whole place feel so much more personal and connected to the community. If you are looking for a spot that is basically a whole mood and feels super welcoming you definitely need to check it out. It is the perfect place to just exist and soak in the good energy. Total 10/10 for the vibes alone.

Friendly staff, they know their dishes and their good quality. Great food, cool uplifted Egyptian vibe, clean, and nice staff. We ordered many dishes, all of them were good, however their Hawawshi and "Beet Salad - سلطة البنجر" were exceptional.

Tucked right in the heart of Cairo, this coffee shop feels like a true hidden escape from the city’s rush. From the moment you step in, the beautifully curated décor creates a warm and calming atmosphere that makes it perfect whether you’re on a date, catching up with friends, or even settling in for a bit of work. The menu is impressively rich, offering a wide variety of both food and drinks to suit every mood. Every dish comes in generous portions, and more importantly, everything tastes absolutely delicious clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the team. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcomed and comfortable throughout your visit. It’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself coming back to again and again.
