I recently visited Zain Ek Sham in Cairo, and it was a wonderful dining experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with great vibes and a clean, well-maintained environment, this is definitely a good choice. The ambience is relaxed and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The meals are quite heavy and filling, with generous portions that are packed with flavour. Everything we tried was tasty and satisfying, making it an amazing place to eat. The staff was also very good, polite, and attentive throughout the visit. Their warm service added to the overall experience. Overall, Zain Ek Sham is a great place in Cairo for delicious, filling food, a clean environment, and excellent vibes. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a comfortable and enjoyable meal.

The place is extremely crowded, almost chaotic. Tables are very close to each other, which removes any sense of privacy, and the noise level is very high. Staff do not wear gloves, and due to the overcrowding, service can be slow. The food tastes good overall, but some dishes were served not hot, as if they had been reheated. The Arabic coffee is excellent and definitely a highlight. The staff are kind and respectful, but they need better training in hygiene and customer service. The most unacceptable issue is allowing smoking inside 😳. It is very disappointing to eat while people at the next table are smoking. This is completely inappropriate and goes against basic health and safety standards.

Zain Alsham is probably the best Syrian shawarma I have tried in Egypt. This was my first visit in many years and its authentic Syrian Shawarma hits hard. We tried their famous Chicken Shawarma, Sujuk Shawarma, and Beef Shawarma wraps. The chicken was perfectly juicy and tasted fantastic. We loved how the Sujuk shawarma was so balanced and tasted amazing with their delicious garlic paste. I think what surprised the most was their beef shawarma, which was sizzling and rich in flavor. It was really good! Overall, we had a nice lunch there and I wish we had more time to try their calzone and fried chicken.

One of the best Syrian restaurants in Cairo, period. This restaurant’s entire menu must be tried. From Shawrmas, to grilled and fried chickens, salads soups and much more!! The atmosphere is crowded but cozy, service is fast responding and polite. Again, please try every item on the menu, all delicious and with big portions. Recommend for all types of gatherings and occasions.

If you are looking for Authentic Syrian Cuisine with reasonable prices and amazing service so definitely zain alsham is highly recommended, the food was tasty and the service was excellent but the only problem to me that it is too crowded, though we didn’t wait at all to be seated or to be served, grilled chicken, Manakesh , even their Toumia and pickles are tasty and the plates were convenient compared to the price
