About نعمة

Looking for an Egyptian restaurant in Agouza, Giza? نعمة is one of the options in this directory, registered at 172 كورنيش النيل، العجوزة، حي العجوزة، محافظة الجيزة 3753551; below are its hours, contact details and reviews.
Judge a place like this on a clear menu with prices, visible hygiene and recent, consistent reviews rather than décor. Food outlets are licensed by the district or the new-city authority and inspected by the National Food Safety Authority, and most menus are in Arabic, many in English too. Thursday nights and holidays are the busiest, and popular places fill up on Ramadan nights and at Eid, so book ahead. Cash is still common in popular eateries, while larger restaurants take cards, mobile wallets and InstaPay. Egyptian home cooking means dishes such as molokhia, mahshi, fatta, hawawshi, stuffed pigeon and baked rice, and many restaurants cook different dishes on different days of the week, so ask about the dish of the day and portion sizes before ordering, especially for a group.
The business lists hours for all seven days of the week. On most of those days it is open 24 hours. Expect different timings in Ramadan and on public holidays, and a short closure at Friday prayer time in smaller shops. The listed phone number is 02 3336 5555. From abroad dial +20 and then the number without its leading zero (five-digit hotlines work only from within Egypt); calling ahead is the norm for bookings and to confirm timings.
With 4.2 out of 5 on Google from 19,257 reviews, opinions look fair to good; the detailed comments usually say more than the score about service, prices and waiting times.
This business is in Agouza, Giza Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night.

One of the best shawarma and breakfast sandwiches makers. I am a big fan of Neama for decades. It has no place to dine in. Only Takeaway and delivery.

If you're looking for authentic shawarma, this is a spot worth trying. The shawarma is freshly prepared, with tender, well-marinated meat that's full of flavor without being overly greasy. The sandwiches are generously filled, the bread is soft and fresh, and the garlic sauce adds the perfect finishing touch. The Service is fast and efficient, even during busy hours, making it a great choice for a quick lunch or a casual dinner. While there isn't a seating area, it's a convenient stop if you're on the road or prefer grabbing your meal to enjoy in the comfort of your car. With consistently good quality, generous portions, and authentic flavors, it's the kind of place you'll find yourself coming back to whenever you're craving a satisfying shawarma.

Three months ago, I had a very positive experience. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, the staff were professional, and the breakfast quality was excellent. I also felt the higher prices were justified by the brand, location, and overall quality. Unfortunately, my latest experience was completely different. I placed a delivery order at 12:18 PM and, despite living only about 800 meters from the branch, it took 90 minutes to arrive. During that time, I called the branch more than 10 times, and most of my calls went unanswered. When the order finally arrived, I asked not to pay the delivery fee because of the excessive delay. The delivery rider contacted the branch manager, who introduced himself as Alaa. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, his response was dismissive: “This is our system. If you don’t like it, don’t order from us again.” Delays can happen, but poor customer service and such an unprofessional attitude are what turned this into a very disappointing experience.

Man the burger with eggs is must try, also the liver sandwich, wait the fries were amazing as well, customer service is fabulous. I just wished you can dine in and enjoy the food fresh. But unfortunately it’s only take away.

I had really high hopes for this place, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. It’s just like any other Egyptian restaurant I’ve been to - nothing special. The burger was just a mix of stuff from the supermarket, and my girlfriend said she could make a better one. The pasta and shawarma were okay, but they could’ve been better. By the way there is no place to sit, we took it to a cafe nearby to finish the meal.
