If you are heading to a shop like this, it helps to know exactly what you want (model, size or brand) and to compare prices across shops and apps, as prices move with the exchange rate. Sales multiply before Ramadan and Eid, at the start of the school year and at the end of each season, and many shops deliver with cash on delivery. The Consumer Protection Law gives a right to exchange or return goods under conditions, and the Consumer Protection Agency takes complaints on 19588, so always ask about the warranty and exchange policy before you pay.

The business lists hours for all seven days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11:00–22:00. Expect different timings in Ramadan and on public holidays, and a short closure at Friday prayer time in smaller shops. The listed phone number is 010 1788 4561. From abroad dial +20 and then the number without its leading zero (five-digit hotlines work only from within Egypt); calling ahead is the norm for bookings and to confirm timings.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 100 reviews, a high score, though the most recent reviews are still the best guide to what visitors find today.

This business is in Nasr City, Cairo Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night.
