New Capital for real estate

Looking for a real estate broker in Heliopolis, Cairo? New Capital Real Estate is one of the options in this directory, registered at 7 El Obour, Building, محافظة القاهرة 11726; below are its hours, contact details and reviews.

Property decisions carry more risk than most purchases. In Egypt, always check the seller's or landlord's ownership and the property's papers, understand the difference between a contract registered at the notary (Shahr El Akary) and a preliminary contract, and read the lease term and yearly increase carefully. Brokers usually charge a commission and landlords ask for a deposit, so put all of it in writing. Many flats run on prepaid electricity meters and natural gas, so make sure meters are transferred or bills settled before you move in. Check the broker's identity and the landlord's or seller's ownership of the property, agree the commission in advance, have the lease dated or the signatures certified at the notary (Shahr El Akary), and never pay up front before viewing.

The business lists hours for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 10:00–19:00. Note that it does not open on Friday. Expect different timings in Ramadan and on public holidays, and a short closure at Friday prayer time in smaller shops. The listed phone number is 010 0508 0768. From abroad dial +20 and then the number without its leading zero (five-digit hotlines work only from within Egypt); calling ahead is the norm for bookings and to confirm timings.

Customers rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google across 11 reviews, a high score, though the most recent reviews are still the best guide to what visitors find today.

This business is in Heliopolis, Cairo Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night.
