Employees were so unprofessional and rude specially the reception, its like a government institution

The syndicate is more like a government institution than a regulatory body for the dental profession. It has also become commercialised in every sense of the word. My main issue was the burocracy when it came to dealing with paperwork and yearly fees and the long time it takes to get things done.
