This place should close, it getting worse. No maintenance, no cleaning. Only one coach that doesn’t really know any thing about it. I have been there for 2 years but finally I decided i should move

Good price but environment is not satisfying.

Worst Gym in all of Cairo, terrible staff, non-existent customer service. Smells like sewage, kept up like a discarded piece of trash, and don't even get me started on the facility. Attached pictures are of the Sauna room and Jacuzzi Hot tub.

Decent mid price gym (150EGP as of may 2025). The equipment is somewhat well maintained apart from some old machines. A good amount of cardio machines which were missing in other gyms in the district Went early in the morning and was alone There's a floor dedicated for ladies Overall expected a bit more for the price but it's fine just to keep active (Unrelated protip: a BIM supermarket about 400 meters north sells protein yogurt)

Probably the best value-for-money gym in all of midtown cairo. Almost empty in the early morning, not crowded most of the time, but expect some machines to be busy from 5pm onwards. The gym is not mixed but there's a seperate floor for women. The thing I dislike the most is the lack of space, the floor area is somewhat limited so movmement and exercise are often difficult. There's a locker room upstairs. There's also spa and sauna rooms but I believe you have to notify staff ahead of using them. The gym is open from 6am to 1 am. Staff are very friendly and kind.
