This was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with a veterinary clinic, and two years later I am still angry when I think about what my dog went through. She neutered my dog incorrectly, and we later discovered that an artery had been left bleeding, causing serious complications. She also attempted to insert a cannula into his arm NINE TIMES, after which his arm became severely infected and reached the point where he was at risk of having it amputated — and we were never told how serious it had become. When we brought him back, my dog was literally deteriorating in front of us. His stomach was extremely swollen and had turned BLACK, and she proceeded to poke his abdomen with needles trying to release the pressure. Seeing him already in that condition and then watching him be put through even more pain was horrifying. He stayed under her care for around a week. He was refusing food, yet I did not feel that enough was being done to make sure he was actually eating. She would repeatedly tell me to take him home despite how unstable he was, even though I was terrified he could die. I genuinely felt like keeping him there for the care and medication he needed was an inconve

Excellent veterinary clinic with a highly professional and caring team. The service is reliable, the place is clean and well-equipped, and everything is explained clearly. Appointments are organized with minimal waiting time, and prices are fair. Highly recommended.

I strongly advise against bringing your pet here. My dog was unwell, so I took her to this clinic, where they performed an X-ray while she still had her collar on. As a result, the image showed what appeared to be a metal object, which the vet mistakenly believed was inside my dog’s throat. Based on this, I was told that my puppy needed immediate surgery or she could die. Naturally, this was extremely distressing. Fortunately, I decided to seek a second opinion. The other veterinarian quickly identified the issue as an X-ray error caused by the collar and confirmed that no surgery was needed. Had I followed the initial advice, my dog could have undergone an unnecessary and dangerous procedure. This experience raised serious concerns about the level of care and professionalism at this clinic.

Dr Monica is very professional and friendly with both clients and pets , friendly staff. Also the clinic is very clean and specialized. Clinic, xray, hospitality, shop . All in one place, it kept me away from the hassle of searching for different places.

Petrarchie always makes me and my dog happy. The place is very clean, and the way Dr. Monica and her team handle my dog — especially during vaccinations and when giving pills — is excellent. They offer great services, including X-rays, scaling, grooming, and even boarding. Highly recommended!
